Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

You are not acting on behalf of a third party or using someone else's identity, payment methods, or credentials.
Each User is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, raja24 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any Balance and winnings. Exceptions may be made only with written approval from raja24's management.
raja24 takes underage gambling seriously. All accounts are subject to mandatory age and identity verification (KYC). Providing false information, using a fake ID, or attempting to bypass age verification will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. Parents and guardians are urged to use parental control software to block gambling sites from minors' devices.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. All information must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify raja24 immediately via customer support.
raja24 is legally required to verify the identity of all Users. You may be asked to provide documentation including a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and a selfie for facial recognition verification. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal or if your account activity triggers compliance checks. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of request will result in account restrictions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. If you have active bonuses or pending bets, these will be forfeited or settled according to our Bonus Terms. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances at raja24's sole discretion.
raja24 accepts deposits via the following methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and select international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals can be requested via the same method used for deposit, subject to verification and security checks. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours (WIB business hours), depending on your account status and the amount requested. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional KYC documentation.
raja24 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges — these are beyond our control. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your bank or card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate.
raja24 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Suspicious deposits, unusual withdrawal patterns, or transactions that appear designed to circumvent AML policies will be flagged for investigation and may result in account suspension pending review.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at raja24's sole discretion. Eligibility for specific bonuses may be restricted based on account status, deposit history, geographic location, or VIP tier. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bettors, arbitrage players, and multi-accounting users are not eligible for bonuses.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. While an active bonus is in your Account, you are restricted to a maximum bet of Rp 25.000 per round/spin/hand on casino games and Rp 100.000 per bet on sports betting markets. Exceeding this limit constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems (bots), deliberately exploiting game or platform bugs, and any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage. raja24 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Winnings derived from bonus abuse will be confiscated.
All bets are subject to acceptance by raja24. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or unusual betting patterns. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User. Bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., football match results per FIFA/league officials, togel draw results per Singapore Pools or official operators).
In the event of a technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, game bug, or any other error that affects the outcome or fairness of a bet or game, raja24 reserves the right to void affected bets, refund stakes, or take other corrective action. Users who deliberately exploit technical errors will have their accounts closed and winnings confiscated.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches are typically voided, with stakes refunded. Specific rules for football, e-sports, basketball, and other sports are detailed in our Betting Rules section (available on request). Live in-play betting is subject to short delays to ensure fair pricing.
All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer) provided on raja24 are licensed from certified game providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealing procedures. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the game provider and are subject to independent audit. raj24 does not manipulate game outcomes. You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw all funds before requesting closure. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened except under exceptional circumstances and at raja24's sole discretion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which raja24 holds its operating license. Where local Indonesian laws apply to specific transactions or user rights, those laws shall take precedence.
In the event of a dispute between you and raja24, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration or mediation as specified in our Dispute Resolution Policy (available on request). You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against raja24.
